His journey with us started when he was referred to us by the Job Centre in 2019 after his release from prison, Michael embarked on a remarkable path. His engagement was exceptional, shining during his 9-month employment in our production hub. Then, a new chapter unfolded as he secured a position at the Oswin Project's café 16, nestled within the historic Newcastle Cathedral. A year has passed, and his positive impact continues to resonate.

But there's more. Michael returned to HMP Northumberland, this time as a lived experience speaker for the Grow into Employment course. His presence radiated hope, inspiring change in the men. The experience left him exhilarated, a testament to how far he's journeyed over the past 4 years.
